We believe every individual has multiple "ideas worth spreading." However, we're actively seeking ideas that are unique and resonate with others across contexts.

Consequently, we shy away from personal journeys, business lessons, unidimensional narratives, and pseudoscience.

We receive thousands of applications annually and can only host 20 to 30 speakers. This places the selection rate at ~0.4%.

If we believe you may be a good fit for an upcoming event, we will reach out to you to develop the idea further. The large volume of applications we receive prevents us from personally responding to everyone.

We're always searching for unique ideas to inspire our community of leaders and changemakers. There is no deadline since we evaluate all applications on an ongoing basis.
